Royal City Scramble
Winning the city makes the alliance leader State King:
- Government titles (ministries)
- State mail
- Reward distribution
- State event coordination
Path: avatar → State / Royal City → Manage → Official Appointment.
Community: candidacy often starts from Sanctuary 16+.
Minister of Construction
The title gives +50% building SPEED, not −50% time.
Formula
Final time = Base ÷ (1 + sum of speed bonuses)
With no other buffs:
- Base 100 days
- +50% → 1.5×
- 100 ÷ 1.5 ≈ 66.7 days (~33% saved, not 50%)
Why the feel shrinks later
The bonus stacks additively with VIP, Development research, Alliance Fast Building, and helps.
| Existing speed | Without title | With +50% | Real time saved |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0% | 100 d | 66.7 d | ~33% |
| +250% (350% total) | 28.6 d | 25 d | ~12.5% |
| Many buffs | — | — | often 5–10% |
Still claim it — strongest early. Other ministers give temporary buffs (training, gathering) — verify in the client.
